EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing RemoteMedia Desktop Manager V1.0, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the following User License Agreement: 1. LICENSE You may redistribute the trial version of the software, but must not redistribute the full software version. If you know or suspect that the version you have obtained has been altered by you or anyone else, you must not use it on your computer. You may not reverse engineer decompile or alter the software in any way. 2. COPYRIGHT All intellectual property rights in the RemoteMedia Desktop Manager V1.0 software are owned by Media Creations Ltd (www.mediacreations.co.nz), and are protected by International copyright laws. Media Creations Ltd gives you the right to do the following: * for the Single License: install this software onto one computer only * for the Site License: install this software onto one network of up to 50 computers - additional license purchases are required for more than 50 client computers * make up to one copy of this software for backup purposes alone 3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY Every effort has been made by the Developers of RemoteMedia Desktop Manager V1.0 to make sure the software is free from viruses. There are no trojan horses, viruses within this software. As permitted by applicable law, Media Creations Ltd disclaims any warranty for the RemoteMedia Desktop Manager V1.0 software. This software and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software remains with you. As permitted by applicable law, Media Creations Ltd shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this Media Creations Ltd product, even if Media Creations Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 4. MISCELLANEOUS The laws of New Zealand govern this Agreement. If this product was acquired outside of New Zealand, local law may apply, although New Zealand law may override local laws.
